Even with the cost, I figure I am saving at least that much by not having to buy specialty food anymore (gluten free, white sugar free, etc etc etc). I am saving time by not analyzing every ingredient in products I buy. The trial will tell you if you can tolerate doing it, but for me it didn’t work until more time went by.
